From strategy to decision velocity, by design.

A lot of commerce transformations aren’t actually slow. They’re just stuck.

Usually it’s in the messy parts of sales-assisted commerce: pricing and terms, exceptions, approvals, and cross-functional handoffs. Work moves forward, hits a tripwire, then gets reopened… again.

That’s where I come in. I help leaders restore decision velocity. We start by pinpointing where work is getting restarted and why. Then we install a simple governance framework so decisions stop bouncing around: who decides, what the criteria are, and what cadence we follow. Finally, we run a focused sprint to turn those decisions into shipped outcomes and real adoption, not just another roadmap.

If your bottleneck is decision flow, I help you restore pace and make delivery repeatable.

  • I don’t sell alignment, I build decision velocity: clear decision rights, explicit thresholds, and a cadence that closes decisions instead of reopening them
  • I specialize in sales-assisted commerce where adoption breaks in the handoffs (pricing, terms, exceptions, approvals); I remove the friction so the platform becomes the default way of selling
  • I don’t stop at diagnosis: I diagnose the drag, install a governance framework that sticks, then drive a focused execution sprint that turns decisions into shipped outcomes fast

Mandates working as Senior Lead Consultant with Valtech:

I help leaders remove the decision bottlenecks that quietly stall transformation and drive margin slippage. The goal is simple: make strategy reliably become execution, through governance framework and operating model design.

I’m a Strategy and Management Senior Lead Consultant at Valtech, focused on commerce strategy and business transformation. With 25 years of experience, I work at the intersection of strategy and delivery: turning ambiguous priorities into decision-ready choices and a governance framework that keeps teams moving.

Most of my work sits where momentum usually breaks: governance frameworks and operating models, end-to-end process design, decision criteria and escalation paths, KPI design, and the operating cadence that turns strategy into decision velocity.

On AI and GenAI: I approach it the same way I approach everything else, as a framework problem. Leaders don’t need more pilots. They need clear decision boundaries, ownership, and guardrails so AI use cases can scale safely and actually reduce cycle time. When it fits, I help teams set that up, and embed lightweight automation to free capacity.

I’m known for pragmatic leadership and executive-ready deliverables that align business, product, IT, and partners around the few decisions that matter, so progress shows up in measurable results.

And for a completely different kind of proof: I’m also an eBay Hall of Fame member. Different arena, same reflex: focus on signal, make decisions fast, and execute consistently.
