CLIK Collective is the first coworking and warehousing space designed around the needs of ecommerce businesses. We host over 130 small businesses across our two locations, which makes up our community of 400+ members. We’re opening our 3rd site in Vermont in Melbourne’s East very soon! You would be primarily based at either Kensington or Vermont.
About YOU?
You’re a great communicator, used to dealing with customers – ideally in the hospitality, retail or events industry – and enjoy the wide variety of interactions that come with it. You’re aware of the space and people around you and can work with your teammates to maintain our standards. Overall, you’re someone who is reliable and can bring a positive and energetic attitude to our members with your own style.
A day in the life of a Community & Site Coordinator at CLIK Collective… Open & close the site each day and set the tone with an awesome playlist
Build relationships with our members by getting to know them on a first name basis and learning about their business and goals
Greet everyone who walks through our doors and point them in the right direction
Attend to the kitchen and common areas throughout the day with light cleaning and organising Take new members through a welcoming onboarding experience by introducing them to others in the community and getting them familiar with our facility & services Work with the Community Manager to plan and run a mix of events for our members including learning events (ie. marketing workshops) and community events (ie. trivia nights, afternoon teas) Ensure our Australia Post & courier pickups and drop offs are a smooth process Assist the Community Manager with member communications like creating monthly newsletters and writing email updates for the community Engage with the CLIK […]
